- Order Processing: Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.
- Payment Methods: We accept direct bank transfers and card payments. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- Free Shipping: Free shipping is available within Pakistan for orders above PKR 5,000.
- Delivery Time: Delivery timelines may vary based on location, but we aim to deliver orders within 5-7 business days.
Digital Products
- Soft copies (eBooks, PDFs, or any other digital format) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Ensure the correct email address is provided during checkout for successful delivery of digital products.
Exchange, Returns, & Refunds Policy
At Farid Book Stall, we strive for customer satisfaction. Below are the policies governing exchanges, returns, and refunds:
Return Policy
- Returns can be initiated within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Customers are required to process the return shipment through their nearest courier service.
- The courier charges for returning the items will be borne by the customer.
- In case of a return, only the price of the returned item(s) will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only if the wrong item was delivered due to an error on Farid Book Stall’s part.
- In such cases, Farid Book Stall will bear the courier costs for both returning the incorrect item and delivering the correct item.
- For all other exchanges, customers will bear both the return and delivery courier charges.
